Coffee maker designed by the famous Bauhaus artist Marianne Brandt. In 1923, when she was thirty years old, she enrolled at the Bauhaus in Weimar. She faced some problems that prevented her from entering the Metal workshop from the very first moment, but soon after, the qualities she had to represent everyday objects were demonstrated, so the following year she was allowed to be part of the Metal workshop, thus becoming the first woman to enter the Metal Workshop of the Bauhaus.
