    PRUNKSTILLLEBEN MIT WANLIPORZELLAN, HUMMER, FRÜCHTEN UND GEFÄSSEN Öl auf Leinwand. Doubliert. 84,2 x 121,5 cm. Links unten unterhalb der Tischplatte signiert und datiert „C. Bergoijs 1665“. In ebonisiertem Wellenleistenrahmen. Das vorliegende Gemälde wird beim RKD in Den Haag unter der Nummer 25451 als eigenhändiges Werk des genannten Künstlers geführt. Auf einer durch einen Teppich halb verdeckten Tischplatte eine Wanliplatte, leicht angeschrägt angefüllt mit Früchten, darunter eine Silberschale, die weiterleitet zu einem Akeleipokal, einem Römer, daneben eine gestürzte Tazza und ein Koffer mit Silberbeschlägen. Neben diesen Objekten sind auch eine Sektflöte, ein Hummer und ein blau-weißes Fayencedeckelgefäß auszumachen. Ein ähnliches Gemälde war 1986 bei Rafael Valls ausgestellt, jedoch als hochformatige Komposition. Literatur: F. G.
