Isolde Baumgart Art for Sale at Auction

Isolde Baumgart was born in Munich in 1935. She studied at the Art Academy in Kassel under Hans Leistikow (1892-1962), later she continued her studies in Paris. During her education, she designed her first movie posters. Further remittance works were to design special stamps for the German Post or posters for the Kiel Week and the Munich Oktoberfest. In the 1970s she worked as a lecturer in graphic design in the United States.
