Prince Eugene of Savoy (1663-1736) was one of the most famous generals of Austria and one of the most important patrons of his time. Therefore, Eugene was immortalized in his lifetime in numerous busts and statues. The most famous monument, made by Anton Dominik Fernkorn, stands on the Heldenplatz in Vienna. Karl Philipp zu Schwarzenberg (1771-1820) worked as an Austrian field marshal and ambassador to Paris and was the commander in chief of the armed forces against Napoleon at the Battle of Leipzig in 1813. Condition: The bronzes are in very good condition, showing only the lightest signs of wear. The height of the Prince Eugene figure is 42 cm including the base, the bronze of Prince Schwarzenberg measures 49 cm.
