In operation from 1986-2006, “Hyrdolators” took visitors under the ocean to “Sea Base Alpha”; once there, the sea cabs would carry passengers through tunnels past the coral reef to view the sea life in what was, at the time, the largest saltwater tank in the world. Constructed of heavy fiberglass with steel reinforcement. Fitted with integral bench seat and grab bar. Measures 60 in. long x 54 in. wide x 32 in. tall. Exhibits minor wear and scuffing from use. $10,000 - $12,000

              Six books published by "Bet Alpha". 1992-2000. "Bet Alpha" publishing house was founded in 1985 by the artist David Moss, and Sharon and Neil Norry, in New-York. Many of this publishing house books include Jewish traditional texts and are printed as Artist's Books, in limited editions printed on fine paper, accompanied by impressive prints and bound in artistic bindings. 1. Maftir Yona, 1992. Original etchings by Mordechai Beck. Calligraphy by David Moss. "Hand-made paper especially created for the publishing house by Yizhar Neuman in "Tut Niyar Workshop" in Zichron Ya'akov. Printing was done by Sidon Rotenberg in the Jerusalem Print Workshop under the supervision of Arik Kilemnik. Etchings were printed under the supervision of the artist. The text was printed with a hand-press Albion of 1886. Copy no. 4 from an edition of 12 copies, numbered 1-12. All of the books of this edition are accompanied by six etchings numbered and dated by the artist. Remarkable paper binding. The book and etchings are placed in a wooden box. 2-3.Book of Lamentations, 1997. Etchings by Leonid Gorban. Calligraphy by David Moss. The etchings portray Polish synagogues destroyed by the Nazis. Printed on hand-made paper, prepared especially in Maniagni paper mill. One copy is numbered 18 120 and signed by Gorban and by Moss. An additional copy, numbered 4:18, from an edition of 18 copies, accompanied by five prints signed and numbered by Leonid Gorban (Prints are numbered 18:18.) 4. Ushpizin. 7 original etchings by Mordechai Beck. Signed and numbered 18 100. Accompanied by an essay by Beck and contained in a fine box. 5. Solomon's Song of Songs, 1999. Etchings by Zelly Smekhov. Calligraphy by David Moss.Numbered 18 100. Signed by Zelly Smekhov and by David Moss. Includes a booklet with a translation of the Song of Songs into English by Yoni Moss. 6. The Alphabet of the Angel Metatron, 22 hand-painted letters by David Moss, 2000. Two sets, each includes 22 hand-colored prints by David Moss. Each print features a letter in the Hebrew alphabet. Accompanied by a booklet with two essays concerning the Alphabet of the Angel Metatron (in English). Each print is numbered 18:22 (copy out of a limited edition of 22 copies which consists of two complete sets of prints. Original folder containing the prints is missing. Sizes and conditions vary.
