    Oil on canvas Hungary, 1981 Ilona Aczél (b. 1929) - Hungarian painter Signed and dated lower left ‘Aczél 81’ With old exhibition labels on the stretcher on verso Good condition Dimensions: 50 x 80 cm Decorative, contrasting frame Still life with pears on blue checkered tablecloth composed of geometric shapes and color fields The Hungarian painter Ilona Aczél painted this still life in 1981, executed in expressive colors, geometric shapes and straight lines. The artist shows a composition with pears on a plate, placed on a blue checkered tablecloth seen from above. The oil painting is signed and dated lower left ‘Aczél 81’. With old exhibition labels on the stretcher on verso. The image is in good condition, some scattered small retouching visible under UV. The background has been overpainted by the artist. Overall of good impression. The image size is 50 x 80 cm, the framed dimensions are 63 x 93 cm. Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
